Studio Information & Policies

 

Snow and bad weather:

The studio will be closed for snow days. If in doubt, call the studio for a recording on whether class will be held or not.

 

Holidays:

Please view our website Schedule/Calendar for the yearly calendar.

 

Attendance:
Attendance is taken each class. Good attendance is imperative, as absences and tardiness can hold up an entire class. The studio cannot jeopardize its responsibilities to the rest of the class for one student. Please make every effort to have your child at every class.

 

Recital:

Our recital will be on June 9th, 2012. Rehearsals will be the week of recital. Please reserve these dates now. A recital package which includes two parent tickets, a finale prop and a recital T-Shirt will be added to your April Invoice - $55.00

 

Costume Deposits:

A $50.00 costume deposit will be added to your November invoice for each costume needed over 1. The remainder of $15.00 Ea. Will be added to your December invoice. The Deposits and Remainders are expected to be paid by the 10th.

 

Tuition & Fees:

Tuition remains the same whether it is a long (5-week) or short (3-week) month, regardless of absences:

  • There is a $25.00 service charge imposed on all returned checks.
  • There is a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee.
  • At no time may the amount due be adjusted without approval from Miss Joan.
  • Tuition and Registration Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
