Dancewear Dress Code

 

Required Dance Wear is listed below. Instructors may refuse to admit anyone not properly attired to class. Outside shoes NOT permitted on studio floor. * Do Not wear your dance shoes outside.

 

Girls:

 

Ballet:

• Black leotard / tan or pink tights
• Skirt optional.
• Pink ballet slippers.
• Hair in a bun. / Exception under 8 years
• No shirts or dance pants over leotard. Dance shorts only

Jazz & Lyrical:

• Black Leotard / tan or pink tights.
• Tan jazz boot for jazz
• Dance paws for lyrical
• Hair away from face.
• No shirts or dance pants over leotard. Dance shorts only

Tap:

• Black Leotard / tan or pink tights
• Tap shoes/ black leather tie.
• No shirts or dance pants over leotard. Dance shorts only

Combination Classes:

• Leotard and tights - any color
• Revolution tap shoe. Black Strap type.
• Pink Ballet Slippers (used for combination jazz)

Hip Hop:

• Loose fitted clothing or dancewear
• Black Dance Sneakers

Boys:

• Ballet : Black ballet slipper ballets, Shorts and a t-shirt
• Jazz: Black jazz shoes, Shorts and a t-shirts
• Tap: Black tie tap shoes, Shorts and a t-shirt
